Vintage Earrings

While out thrift shopping with my daughter we ran into 2 lovely pairs of vintage earrings. We had to have them and at $1.00 a piece they were an easy sale!

Now off to find a vintage little black dress!

1961...Such A Good Year!

My dear friend Melinda restored a 1961 Deville Camper...and guess who bought it??? Me!!! Check out her blog HERE to see all of the work and art she put into the camper. I LOVE it!!!! My aunt in Idaho gave me one of her dresses from the 1950's...it was perfect for my retro look/photos taken from inside "The Tumble Weed"!!

 (My daughters shoes, not mine, I only own Converse and flip flops!)

 I don't like having my picture taken but my daughter made me feel comfortable while taking them. I even like a few of them!!

More Maidenform!

I dreamed I stopped traffic in my Maidenform bra!
Talk about dangerous curves! But oh, how smooth and sleek my Maidenform makes them! You'll pardon it if I toot my horn, but aren't I the loveliest view that ever jammed traffic? No lift for me, thanks... I've got mine in my Maidenform!

Love it! Can't you just see the advertisement men sitting around a large wooden table, smoking while coming up with this dandy of a boobie word play! I can even see the blond secretaries quietly refilling the coffee cups, trying not to roll their eyes!

Betsy McCall gets a Valentine
