Duct Tape, and Frangelico!
My home was invaded by 4 teenagers last night. To keep them busy we decided to make wallets, but not just any type of wallets, duct tape wallets. I will admit it was fun. One of the boys even made a baseball hat out of the duct tape. Then the mood for Frangelico hit me,(can't be sure whether it was a reaction to a Friday night stuck indoors or the reaction to the chaos induced by the teenagers) so I made Apricot Frangelico Cookies and when they were done the kitchen was already so messy I decided to just keep on baking (disassociating)and ended up with Gingerbread Biscotti Cookies. So in my little tiny house: 4 teenagers, itunes blaring, sticky duct tape everywhere, 4 large pizzas, one case of Mountain Dew, 1 rooster, 2 hens, 2 cats, 1 enormous dog and a crazy lady baking all spent a Friday night together. Friday night rocks!

Glad to know you didn't pour Frangelica down the throats of those teenagers! The cookies sound yummy! Never heard of either of those before! You might have to share the recipes. Is biscotti hard to make? It sure looks difficult!
With four teenagers in the house, I probably would drink the frangelica myself!
Did ya'll get snow? We did!

I will post the recipe on Sunday. The cookies are soooo qood!!!! Biscotti is easy to make it just takes a lot of time because they are baked three times. But they are worth it, the flavor choices are endless! No snow today or yesterday, I hope it starts again we need a good water supply for this spring. (I did have a few sips of the Frangelica while baking ;o)
I love cookies! I'll be watching for the recipes. The duct tape wallets are so neat. Photos of the process? Or maybe everyone knows how to do this but me?
