The garden is on and that means I am busy. I enjoy picking and preserving our fresh vegetables. I love knowing where the food we eat comes from and that there are no chemicals added. We have already canned so much and really we are just getting started.

Oh what beautiful bounty! Preserving....it brings back wonderful memories for me - my mom did some every year and I never picked that up from her. Maybe I might have to have a go...
