I love music, ALL types!!! I found this on my favorite website, NPR Tiny Desk Concert Series, and had to share. I LOVE the song "Start Wearing Purple"...I am still smiling. I hear if you get to see them live they have tight rope walkers on stage with them. Did I mention for the first 12 years of my marriage we were gypsies...moved 13 times in 10 years!!! Hahahahahah!

OMGosh! I love Start Wearing Purple too! We used to sing along as loud as we could with the ipod in the car when my kids were in high school. My kids are both musical and played in bands at the time, a mix of metal, punk and Sinatra depending on what the mood was. Lot's of fun. They are both college students now. Haven't thought of that song in a few years. It always makes me smile. Thanks for the memory, Pam
This changed my day..made it much happier..and they're here in NYC? Wow! thank you...
My brother is living the life of a gypsy. He traded in his Toyota Tacoma for an old school bus that is converted into a home. He lives in Oregon... I would love to be able to live a carefree life of a gypsy.... but I have way too much craft stuff to try to haul it all around with me... lol I'm just a gypsy at heart...
I like his stache. Thanks for sharing that band. I never heard of it before.
My Mother in law is a true gypsy at heart, loves purple and all that.
I love purple too and it always reminds me of my mom...
Eclectic is great!
I liked it! ALOT!

too funny! love purple, everyone says it is my color.
I love purple. And green. And rose. We moved all the time when I was growing up. I went to over 8 schools.
" when I am an old lady I shall wear purple - with a red hat which doesn't match..... "
I can just tell that you were a gypsy ! xx
Did you find a purple shirt?? I think we should all wear purple and dance on desk tops! Love their music!
Ah yes, the gypsy life. We moved ten times in as many years during the first part of our marriage but it was the navy calling us yonder. We've lived in one place now for 20 years and I'm starting to look over the next hill very longingly.
Enjoyed the video, never heard them before but by the end of it my toes were tapping.
