Boom Boom Boom...

I apologize. I apologize deeply and wholeheartedly. I apologize for subjecting you to 2 minutes of ear piercing hell! Johnny one note was in the house and I am soooooo sorry. This morning when I was at the gym running or doing the "hamster thing" as I like to call it, somewhere between mile 3 and 4  I lost myself, for just a moment. I realized after the eye shots, glares and laughs that I was singing out loud!!!! Horror!!!! The song I was singing...

(If you would like to know why this was embarrassing just go look up the lyrics on line!!!!)
I will go to the gym tomorrow morning with my head held high, I think!

Ok little missy, I just listened to the lyrics and what's to say.
Walk in with attitude and smile like you knew what you were sayin'.
Own it girl....
I think this is really funny.

That is hysterical! Even without the words to the song. I could just picture you (or anyone) running along and then all of a sudden bursting out in song! lol I love it! hehehe I wouldn't even think about it when you go in. Just figure that you made someone's day yesterday. :)

If it makes you feel any better, I was in a yoga ball class a few years ago. I had my legs up on the giant ball and was doing push ups. I lost my balance and knocked over 3 other girls when my ball shot out from under me. NOBODY LAUGHED!!!! Except me, of course! Yoga girls need a sense of humor! Do treadmill girls?

Chickens in the Basement, I LOVED your story too! I laughed hard as I read it. I would have totally laughed (either as a watcher or a doer)! THanks to both of you for keeping me laughing!

Oh, here's a story. My husband was trying out for the Border Patrol and was taking a physical fitness test. The lady that was testing him was holding his feet as he was doing his situps. He had been doing them for a while when all of a sudden, you guessed it, he totally tooted (passed gas) right in her face! lol He had to keep going to pass (the test!) so there was no stopping! hahaha
