The Glowing Corner In My Kitchen!
We have started the seeds. Between flowers and vegetables, we have about 18 flats of seedling. My hubby built us grow shelves, 3 shelves each with 2 lights and each shelf can hold 6 flats. The last couple of years we have been using long tables but they just take up so much room. Last year I decided to play music for the seedlings and we had our most productive harvest ever to date, so this year the music is on again. Every day I change the CD. I think the ladies at the library think I am crazy with the amount of CD's I keep checking out, but variety is the spice of life!
Today, the seeds are listening to the Northstar Orchestra playing Mozart with ocean sounds in the background (making me have to pee)!

Great idea! I really like the stackable trays. Takes up less room and everything is easy to check. The music effect is pretty neat!
Oh so lovely!
I once grew herbs and turned my dining room into a green house (we live in the heart of the city, no garage or spare room!)....I LOVED the feeling of all that goodness growing in my home. So so much....
Never thought to play music, but because they were in the middle of lots of love....they thrived and maybe that's one reason ;0
I'm the same with the sound of running water...or even just the thought of running water. Be right back!
Glad you liked the links...
