Accident
My daughter and future son in law were in a horrible car accident. They were t-boned by someone who ran a red light. They are lucky to be alive. They used the jaws of life to cut her out. I am too emotional to really talk about it in great detail but I will tell you she is broken. Skull, ribs and pelvis fractures. Contusions on liver and lung. Face has been glued back together. She will not walk for awhile. He escaped with bruising, burns and seat belt contusions. We are positive. She will walk. She will recover. She has a great goal of walking down the isle on August 30..the date of their wedding. I will continue to post updates.

Tit Torture Devices and A Tad Bit TMI!
Underwire bras are not my friends. I love them, don't get me wrong. Always there to lift me up when I am down, cheer me up on less perky days and they always have my back, but... when they break they are torture! My favorite underclothing of choice broke at 8:47 a.m. last Tuesday morning while I was at work. The little wires that I have relied on for their support began screaming and stabbing me at any move I would make. There was nothing I could do but suffer the 6.5 hours school lasted. When I got home I took a pair of pilers into my room and romoved ALL the wire from EVERY bra I have!!! No more, never again. My girls are still recovering!!!

Screaming Thighs and Organic Matter!!!!
Doing a 30 day squat challenge. My thighs are on fire. Enough said!
Onto organic matter. The boring bit about how grateful I am for the abundance of water we have. How tired my hands and knees are from pulling weeds. I have decided to try putting straw down between the plants to see if that helps any. The bonus is that beautiful organic matter should break down after a good till or two in the fall and again in the spring. I hope it helps. I am a quarter of the way done. it is a slow process. The garden is huge!(60+ tomatoes 60+ peppers and the list just keeps on going!) I am pulling each and every bloody weed out before I put down the straw. I manage about 2 hours or two rows a day because of the heat.
Off to make some relaxing meditation jars with my nieces and nephews....
